PROGRAM OUTCOMES OF THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM (Program Competencies)
PC1: Using basic and current theoretical sources, students will have professional expertise in the fields of management, production, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, public relations, commercial law and economics. (INFORMATION)
PC2: Gains the ability to effectively convey business processes, marketing strategies, financial and operational data related to the business field to the employees/teams of a business (SKILL - Cognitive Applied)
PC3: Gains the skills of identifying problems related to business activities, collecting, analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, and uses these skills in decision-making, implementation and evaluation processes. (SKILL- Cognitive Applied)
PC4: Determines goals and objectives on issues related to business activities and conducts research and study individually or as a group. (COMPETENCE-Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility)
PC5: Develops projects related to business activities and takes appropriate responsibilities by assuming leadership or participant roles in these projects. (COMPETENCE-Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility)
PC6: Have sufficient awareness about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality standards, cultural values, professional and social ethics, environmental protection, occupational health and safety when making decisions regarding business activities. PC7: Effectively conveys the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the field of business in written and oral form at the level of Turkish and/or at least one foreign language. (COMPETENCE, Communication and Social Competence)
PC8: Gains the required competencies in the field of business, such as data analysis, presentation preparation, use of business software and digital communication tools, by effectively using computer and communication technologies (COMPETENCE - Communication and Social Competence).
